Visual Technologies will be a part of this year’s SkillsUSA Champions at Work Competition taking place over three days, April 1^st-3^rd, 2009 at the OnCenter. Visual Technologies helps support this event by providing A/V equipment for the many elements that take place over the three day event, which features high school students from the Central New York Area. This is a competition event highlighting the student’s skills in all different fields ranging from culinary and journalism to auto mechanics and care-giving.

The SkillsUSA organization is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled work force. SkillsUSA is a national nonprofit organization serving teachers and high school and college students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service occupations, including health occupations. The organization is helping to prepare for leadership in the world of work.
