The Holiday Inn's
Pioneer conference center is located on the hotel's lobby level
and can accommodate up to 300 people in a variety of settings.
cThe conference center can be split into three separate sections
- great for breakout rooms - each will accommodate up to 100
people. The Holiday Inn also has two separate meeting rooms off
the conference center area each of which can accommodate up to
60 people. The central Atrium consists of 7,000 square feet,
and is an appealing and accommodating setting for coffee breaks,
trades/shows, and catered meals.
From business meetings
to weddings and parties, the banquet staff is there to meet all
your expectations. Your event will be flawless to every little
detail. |

full complement of audio-visual, computer rental, technical,
and presentation services. VTC maintains a fully equipped audio-visual
office on site, with specialty equipment available from our home
office. A pre-conference meeting with a hotel sales representative
and technician from Visual Technologies will help guarantee an
efficient event - a team effort aimed at your success and comfort! |

current AV technician supporting the Holiday Inn Carrier Circle
/ East Syracuse. He maintains a fully equipped and organized
audio visual office on-site at the Holiday Inn, and consults
and interacts with hotel staff on a daily basis. He has developed
an intricate knowledge of the property, qualifying him to provide
the exact equipment your meeting or presentation requires. If
specialty equipment is necessary but not on site, it's available
from our home office, only minutes away. Please call or email

exit 35 off the New York State Thruway and is close to
all major highways.
From the NYS Thruway (I-90)take Exit 35 to Carrier Circle.
