Our Service Agreements ensure your continued success. Each agreement is custom crafted to include items such as equipment, labor, ground freight, and materials, and are backed by a warranty against failure throughout the service period. Agreements include a mutually agreed rapid response time. Many of our designed systems can be “remote access serviced” via software and the internet, thereby providing our customers with an immediate remedy to get them up and running as soon as possible.
Peace of Mind
Service during the agreed period includes firmware and driver updates to keep your equipment current. VTC will continue to load programming files and backups to a shared drive and will keep updated records on all service work performed via shared documentation. Service Agreements do include replacement equipment. VTC will inventory service equipment to be used in rotation to replace defective components when needed. This type of service is not offered by on-line warehouse “stores” and gives us an advantage that our customers enjoy.
